4.30-9pm (last entry 8pm)
Whether you want to practice some self care techniques or just socialise, or when we have enough people in at the same time, play a game, what we always offer is a safe space to just be yourself.
We also provide biscuits (and sometimes other snacks) and drinks (tea, coffee, a few herbal teas or water) and feel free to bring your own (non alcoholic) beverage, tea bags and/or snacks if you wish.
The Wellbeing Drop In is about you, so come along, help decide what goes on during sessions and feel free to make suggestions about other things you would like us to be doing.
